'SoftCopperBreeze originated from a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, we were once a quaint neighborhood eatery with time-honored recipes passed down through generations.
The knowledge of creating pizza was acquired by our founder, Mia Romano, through her exploration of Italy, training with renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, faithful to traditional methods and the purest ingredients.
From its beginnings as a cozy 12-seater venue, our pizzeria has evolved into a cherished local treasure, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains unaltered. We continue to employ original wood-fired ovens, produce our dough from scratch each day, and seek out the finest ingredients available.
Maintaining its status as a family-owned venture, 'SoftCopperBreeze' is now stewarded by the succeeding generation of the Romano kin, leading our fervent team. While adopting some contemporary practices, the essence of our enterprise has not changed: to create delectable, honest pizza that unites people.
